Alan and Stephen chat about their summer activities. With the 4th of July weekend approaching, it’s been a difficult time because so many activities are canceled. This includes the big Mensa AG that happens near the 4th.

Before that, we talk about our sleep and how it affects stress levels. With canceled events, stress is higher, but we’ve learned that better sleep helps that.

The we turn to our computers. Alan is an Apple guy and talks about updating his systems. Stephen is a PC guy and talks about his custom rig. We also talk about lessons learned through years of working in the computer industry.

Finally, we end with some more favorite books talk. Alan expresses how much Robert B. Parker’s Spenser novels have affected his life. And we discuss our friend Ian Douglass’ new book – Solar Warden: Alien Secrets.
